取り置き希望のチケットを選んでください。

代表者の名前と希望枚数を入力してください。

名前はカタカナでフルネームで記入してください。(記入例-セレナイタロウ)

また、チケット取り置きは本フォーム以外でも、各メンバーのInstagramダイレクトメッセージにて受け付けております。(５枚以上の取り置きを希望される場合はこちらでお願いします。)

各チケットの取り置きはライブ当日15:00まで受け付けております。

Reservations for each ticket are accepted until 15:00 on the day of the concert.
